PURPOSE: A threshing drum and an apparatus using thereof are provided to reduce damage rate of the grains and increase threshing speed of grain.CONSTITUTION: A threshing drum comprises a rotating unit(111) and a plurality of threshing grain pins(113). The rotating unit is in circular shape which is perpendicular to a rotary shaft. The rotating unit is installed along the rotary shaft. The rotating unit revolves around the rotary shaft. A linear velocity of outer circumference diminishes according to moving direction of the grains. A plurality of threshing grain pins are installed on outer circumference of the threshing drum in order to strike the grains which is provided as the rotating unit revolves.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 탈곡드럼에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 탈곡드럼은 곡물을 탈곡하여 배출시키기 위한 탈곡장치의 탈곡드럼에 있어서, 회전축과 수직한 단면이 원형으로서 회전축을 따라서 길게 마련되고, 상기 회전축을 중심으로 회전하되, 회전시 외주면의 선속도는 곡물 이동방향을 따라서 감소하는 회전부 상기 회전부가 회전함에 따라 공급되는 곡물을 타격하도록 상기 탈곡드럼의 외주면에 구비되는 복수개의 탈곡핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.이에 의하여, 탈곡위치에 따라 곡물을 타격하는 에너지를 조절함으로써 곡물의 손상률을 줄이고, 탈곡속도를 향상시킬 수 있는 탈곡드럼이 제공된다.
