A process for the extraction of alkaloids from the biological material, comprising the steps of:crushing biomaterial,introducing biomaterial in contact with oil in the presence of concomitant alkaline aqueous phase,allocation alkaloidwhile biomaterial is a biomaterial plant.2. The method of claim 1, wherein the vegetable oil is selected from the group consisting of rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, linseed oil, grapeseed oil, peanut oil, castor oil, pumpkin seed oil, soybean oil, safflower oil, cottonseed oil , coconut oil, corn oil, castor oil, palm oil, hempseed oil, rice bran oil, tung oil, jojoba oil and olive oil.3. The method of claim 1, wherein the vegetable oil is a seed oil and (or) an edible oil.4. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that for each weight unit of extracted biological material is added to at least 0.1 weight units, preferably at least 0.2 weight units, more preferably at least 0 5 units of weight, most preferably at least 0.8 units by weight of vegetable oil.5. The method according to claim 2, characterized in that for each weight unit of extracted biological material is added to at least 0.1 weight units, preferably at least 0.2 weight units, more preferably at least 0 5 units of weight, most preferably at least 0.8 units by weight of vegetable oil.6. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that for each weight unit of extracted biological material is preferably added up to 2.0 weight units, preferably up to 3.0 weight units, more preferably up to 5.0 units by weight, most preferably up to 10.0 unit weight of vegetable oil.7.
