The present invention relates to a cutting device for a fruit paring machine. According to the present invention, easy cutting device control in accordance with fruit shapes is allowed in the paring machine that is used to pare persimmons, apples, pears, and the like while the cutting device is allowed to have a simple configuration by an inclined plate so that manufacturing costs can be saved and quality and operability can be improved. A simple cutting member that has a cutting blade is provided by the inclined plate, at an angle to a fruit surface in axial rotation, so that the paring can be facilitated by rotating an inclined rotating plate which is connected to the inclined plate. According to the present invention, damage due to friction which occurs in the event of contact between an upper rod and a cam for fruit paring of the related art is removed for improved operability while the upper rod in close contact with the cam in the related art is removed for simple configuration. Accordingly, damage to the components can be prevented even in the case of long-term use, thereby increasing service life and reducing manufacturing costs.본 발명은 과일용 박피기의 컷팅장치에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 감이나 사과, 배 등의 과일의 껍질을 제거하는데 사용되는 박피기에 과일의 형상에 따라 컷팅장치의 조절을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 함과 동시에 경사판에 의해 컷팅장치의 구성을 간단하게 하여 제조단가를 절감시키면서 품질 및 작업성을 향상시키기 위해,커팅날을 마련한 커팅부재를 경사판에 의해 간단하게 마련하여 축회전하는 과일의 표면과 경사지게 마련하여 경사판과 연결된 경사진 회전판을 회전시켜 용이하게 과일의 박피를 제거할 수 있도록 하여 종래의 과일의 박피 제거시 사용되는 캠과 과일의 박피 작업시 캠과 상단봉의 접촉시 마모로 인한 손상을 제거하여 작업성을 향상시키게 하는 이점과 종래의 캠과 밀착하는 상단봉을 제거하여 그 구성을 간단하면서 장기간 사용시에도 부품의 손상되는 것을 방지하도록 하여 수명을 연장시키게 하는 이점과 제조단가를 줄일 수 있는 이점이 있는 것이다.
