A male circumcision device, said device comprising a guide ring (10) that slidably fits about the circumference of a penis, a tubular member (20) slidable between the foreskin and the glan and shaft of the penis for protecting the glan and shaft of the penis during circumcision, and a locking assembly which enables a woundless circumcision with no excessive bleeding and no sutures required. The fitting of the tubular member to the guide ring provides an immediate locking of the foreskin about the intended circumcision line while restricting the blood supply to the foreskin. The locking assembly securely holds and tightens the assembled tubular member and guide ring, and enables complete restriction of blood supply to the foreskin, which results in a woundless circumcision.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de circoncision comprenant une bague de guidage (10) qui sinstalle coulissante autour de la circonférence du pénis, un élément tubulaire (20) qui peut coulisser entre le prépuce et le gland et la verge afin de protéger le gland et la verge durant la circoncision, et un ensemble de verrouillage qui assure une circoncision sans plaie ni saignements excessifs nexigeant pas de sutures. Lajustement de lélément tubulaire sur la bague de guidage assure un verrouillage immédiat du prépuce le long du tracé prévu pour la circoncision tout en limitant la circulation du sang en direction du prépuce. Lensemble de verrouillage maintient et resserre lélément tubulaire et la bague de guidage assemblés, et permet un arrêt complet de la circulation du sang en direction du prépuce, avec pour résultat une circoncision sans plaie.
