Disclosed is a preputial circumcision apparatus (100), comprising: a tube (11), wherein a first end of the tube (11) is constructed to be inserted between the glans of the penis and foreskin of the subject to be treated; a ring part (12) constructed to cover the external surface of the tube (11); and a drive unit (13) constructed to drive the ring part (12). One of the tube (11) and the ring part (12) comprises a blocking surface (111), the other of the tube (11) and the ring part (12) comprises a blocking ridge (121). The drive unit (13) drives the ring part (12) so that it slides on the external surface of the tube (11) in order that the blocking surface (111) approaches the blocking ridge (121) and tightly clamps the foreskin therebetween. The blocking ridge (121) squeezes the foreskin on the blocking surface (111) via the operation of the drive unit (13) to achieve the aim of removal of the excess foreskin, thereby reducing the possibility of infection of the genitals and alleviating the pain suffered by male patients.
