Our invention is an anatomically appropriate disposable ring-shaped circumcision tool, circumcision ring device or apparatus and its features are characterised with total 2 parts made up of the circumcision ring device or apparatus with an 8 – 10 mm tube – pipe-shaped all-round recess or protrusion with a 3 – 4 cm handle placed on the Penis head (Glans) in order to protect the foreskin during the circumcision process and the upper locked second ring / strip apparatus with an all-round recess or protrusion and that squeezes and crushes the foreskin (prepuce) brought on this thanks to the recess or protrusion at the bottom. The mutual positioning of the V-shaped protrusion / recess under the upper locking second ring / strip corresponding to the all-round V-shaped recess / protrusion on the circumcision ring, it is extremely safe as the squeezed and crushed part by the locking is on a line as thin as the tip of the portion V part, and after the two ring devices are locked, the risk of bleeding, slipping, getting out is totally removed and healing is fast and it takes place on a thin line. The circumcision process is completed by removing the foreskin (prepuce) at the top after locking. Thanks to the opening adherence and fraenulum adjustment bar, it becomes very easy to open adherence and place the fraenulum to the fraenulum protection protrusion at the bottom back of the circumcision ring device.
