The present invention provides anastomat for circumcision, belonging to medical equipment and instruments for circumcision of excessive penis foreskin. Anastomat for circumcision, in accordance with the present invention, includes internal tubular ring, external tubular ring, placed on external side of internal tubular ring, and cavity for placement of foreskin, located between internal and external tubular rings. External ring contains external ring A and external ring B, which are connected to each other, with end of each of them being respectively provided with thrust ring, with one of ends of tubular internal ring being made in form of cutting ring, external side of which is provided with projecting edge, lower end of which is provided with fixing strap for foreskin fixation, and the other end of internal tubular ring is made matching internal side of thrust ring, installed on the end of external ring B in the way with makes it possible to press internal tubular ring in axial direction. The present invention possesses the advantage consisting in the fact that it provides treatment which can be completed within several minutes, without unpleasant feeling for patient, wounding, causing bleedings, application of sutures, intake of drugs and occurrence of fear sensation.
