A sawdust culture medium for the cultivation of mushroom, and a method for cultivating mushroom by using the culture medium are provided to obtain the mushroom containing flavonoids. A sawdust culture medium for the cultivation of mushroom comprises the sawdust culture medium comprising the sawdust of a lacquer tree and rice bran; and 2~5 wt% of calcium.
