PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stimulating immune of a steroid-refractory patient suffering from inflammatory conditions non-responsive to, or insufficient- or improper-responsive to the anti-inflammatory therapy.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a method for enhancing effects of steroid in the steroid-refractory patient by using an oligonucleotide of a sequence: 5-GGAACAGTTCGTCCATGGC-3 (sequence number 1), provided that CG dinucleotide is not methylated.
