PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a healthy sushi roll of plum pulp in nationwide scattered Japanese plum producing districts for vitalization through local production and local consumption.SOLUTION: A seed is removed from a pickled Japanese plum to make plum pulp. The plum pulp is thinly spread on a green perilla leaf to make a filling.
