The composition according to claim 1, where the specified hydrogen peroxide is present in an amount of from about 100 to about 500 ppm. ! 3. The composition according to claim 1, where the specified hydrogen peroxide is present in an amount of from about 100 to about 300 ppm. ! 4. The composition according to claim 1, the pH of which is from about 6.5 to about 7.5. ! 5. The composition according to claim 1, additionally containing at least one stabilizer. ! 6. The composition according to claim 5, wherein said at least one stabilizer is selected from the group consisting of diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid salt, selected from the group consisting of calcium salts of diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid, zinc salts of diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid and mixed calcium-zinc salts of diethylene diethylene. ! 7. The composition according to claim 5, where the specified diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid is present in an amount of from about 50 to about 1500 ppm. ! 8. The composition according to claim 1, which further comprises water. ! 9. The composition of claim 5, wherein said chelating agent is diethylene triamine pentamethylene phosphonic acid. ! 10. The composition according to claim 9, where the specified diethylene triamine pentamethylene phosphonic acid is present in an amount of from about 100 to about 1000 ppm. ! 11.
