PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of suppressing excessive deformation of a brush and at the same time increasing the suction efficiency when an ophthalmic surgical instrument is used with an intraocular insertion part inserted into an eye.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic surgical instrument is used for ophthalmic surgery and comprises an intraocular insertion part 2 which is inserted into an eye when the ophthalmic surgery is conducted. The intraocular insertion part 2 has: a hollow needle 2a and a cylindrical brush 2b provided at a tip part of the needle 2a. The brush 2b includes: a projection part 7 projecting from the tip part of the needle 2a and a stationary part 8 fixed to an inner peripheral side of the needle 2a. The needle 2a has a penetration part 6 in a peripheral wall of a tip side of the needle 2a. In the stationary part 8 of the brush 2b, an implantation part 9 to be implanted into the penetration part 6 is formed. The needle 2a and the brush 2b are jointed integrally by the penetration part 6 and the implantation part 9. The thickness dimension T1 of the portion in which the implantation part 9 exists in the stationary part 8 is set larger than the thickness dimensions T2 of the other portions.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】眼内挿入部を眼内に挿入して眼科手術器具を使用する場合に、ブラシの過度の変形を抑制しつつ、吸引効率を向上させることができる技術を提供する。【解決手段】眼科手術に用いられる眼科手術器具であって、眼科手術の際に眼内に挿入される眼内挿入部2を備える。眼内挿入部2は、中空のニードル2aと、ニードル2aの先端部に設けられた筒状のブラシ2bとを有する。ブラシ2bは、ニードル2aの先端部から突出する突出部分7と、ニードル2aの内周側に固定される固定部分8とを含む。ニードル2aは、ニードル2aの先端側の周壁に貫通部6を有する。ブラシ2bの固定部分8には、貫通部6を埋め込む埋め込み部9が形成されている。ニードル2aとブラシ2bは、貫通部6と埋め込み部9により一体的に結合されている。固定部分8において埋め込み部9が存在する部分の厚み寸法T1はそれ以外の部分の厚み寸法T2よりも大きく設定されている。【選択図】図2
