The present invention relates to an endo-loop for a combined use for an operation peanut, comprising: an endo-loop (110) for forming a guide path (111) in a longitudinal direction, forming a female screw (112) on the rear side of the guide path (111), as well as fixing the rear end of a suture (118) forming a loop (117) on an adjustor (115) through the guide path (111) and forming a male screw (119) on the front end of the adjustor (115), and thereby being coupled with a female screw (112) of a guide path (111) through screw joining； and a peanut (120) for forming a contact pad (122) having compressed medical fibers on the rear end of the endo-loop (110).
