PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponic device and a cultivation pot that have a high degree of freedom in cultivation, including an easy adjustment to make only fibrous roots immersed into liquid pooled below plants, such as root vegetables, in the case of cultivating the plants.SOLUTION: A hydroponic device 1 comprises: cultivation pots (holding member) 12 holding plants P a liquid tank 11 which is arranged under the cultivation pots 12 and capable of pooling liquid used for raising the plants P and a nursery bed (support member) 13 such as a nursery bed 13 which holds the cultivation pots 12 on the liquid tank 11.
