PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponic device and a cultivation pot that are capable of cultivating various plants in arbitrary arrangement, and can be easily adjusted such that only fibrous roots are immersed into culture solution in cultivating root vegetables.SOLUTION: A hydroponic device 1 comprises: cultivation pots (holding body) 12 holding plants P a liquid tank 11 which is arranged under the cultivation pots 12 and capable of pooling liquid used for raising the plants P and a nursery bed (support member) 13 which holds the cultivation pots 12 on the liquid tank 11. The nursery bed 13 has insertion holes 130 into which the plants P can be inserted, and has porous bottom plates 132 on a bottom part of the insertion holes 130.
