PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving cultivation device which has a simple structure, but does not mix water sprayed on a planter with a chemical sprayed on the planter, and thereby facilitates a waste water treatment and a waste solution treatment, respectively.SOLUTION: The moving cultivation device 1 having a conveyer 20 for conveying a planter 2, a watering device 30 for spraying water on the conveyed planter 2, and a pest control device 40 for spraying a chemical on the conveyed planter 2 is characterized by disposing a receiving a gutter 21 for receiving the sprayed water and the sprayed chemical below the planter 2 and a switch valve 22 for switching a guide direction of the received water or the chemical in the receiving gutter 21.
