PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of performing a Z alignment for the corneal endothelium even when reflection light of the corneal endothelium cannot be detected.SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic apparatus includes a divergent light projection optical system 400 for diagonally radiating light to a cornea C of an eye E to be examined and an observation illumination optical system 120, and a divergent light reception optical system 410 for receiving reflection light that is radiated by these radiation optical systems and reflected by the cornea C, and a focus position detection optical system 60.
