Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fixierungsklammer (1； 101) für eine Ausrichtungsvorrichtung zum fixierenden Klemmen einer Körperextremität, mit einem ersten Klammerarm (12； 112) und einem zweiten Klammerarm (14； 114) und mit einer Lagergabel oder Lagermulde (2) für die Körperextremität mit einem ersten Lagerschenkel (4) und einem zweiten Lagerschenkel (6), welche einen zentralen Montage- oder Anbindungsabschnitt (26) zur Montage oder Anbindung an einen Einstellstab sowie ein erstes Drehgelenk (8) und ein zweites Drehgelenk (10) an der Lagergabel (2) aufweist, an denen jeweils der entsprechend erste Klammerarm (12； 112) um eine erste Drehachse (D1) und der zweite Klammerarm (14； 114) um eine zweite Drehachse (D2) drehbar angelenkt ist, wobei das erste Drehgelenk (8) an dem ersten Lagerschenkel (4) und/oder das zweite Drehgelenk (10) an dem zweiten Lagerschenkel (6) der Lagergabel (2) verschiebbar gelagert ist.
