Die Orthese weist mindestens ein erstes und ein zweites Halteteil zur Aufnahme zweier durch ein Körpergelenk verbundener Körperteile auf. Die Halteteile sind ferner durch eine Stellvorrichtung kraftschlüssig miteinander verbunden, die geeignet ist, zueinander entgegengesetzte Schubkräfte auf das erste und das zweite Halteteil auszuüben.
