PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a first-aid adhesive tape with a pad in which a cutting part (break guide part) easily visible when removed from an affected area is formed, while having a moderate strength, and therefore the tape can be removed properly and simply by using the cutting line.SOLUTION: A first-aid adhesive tape 1 with a pad is characterized as follows: a pad 3 is attached to an adhesive tape 2 a break guidance area 4 being breakable by picking up an end of the pad when removed from an affected area is formed, while being not too far from the pad and avoiding very near part of the pad at both sides across the pad in the adhesive tape the adhesive tape is stretchable the break guidance area has a cut part 40 and a non-cut part 41 arranged alternately, and has a predetermined extension ratio which is larger than a non-break area 7 on both sides of the break guidance area the cut part is expanded when sticking the adhesive tape on the affected area, and the non-cut part is extended and the visibility of the break guidance area is improved and thereby the non-cut part is split and broken when pulled over a predetermined tensile ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】適度な強度を有しつつ、患部から剥がす際に視認しやすい切断部(破断誘導部)が形成されており、切断線を利用して簡単適切に剥がすことが可能なパッド付き救急絆創膏を提供する。【解決手段】パッド付き救急絆創膏1は、粘着テープ2にパッド3が取り付けられ、粘着テープのうち、パッドを挟んだ両側に、パッドから離れすぎず、かつパッドの極近傍を避けて、患部から剥がす際にパッドの端を摘み上げることにより破断可能な破断誘導領域4を形成したものであって、粘着テープが伸縮可能であり、破断誘導領域は、カット部40と非カット部41とが交互に並んで構成されるとともに、破断誘導領域の両側にある非破断領域7よりも大きい所定の伸長比率を有し、粘着テープを患部に貼りつける際には、カット部が拡張するとともに非カット部が伸長して破断誘導領域の視認性が向上し、所定の伸長比率を超えて引っ張られると非カット部が裂けて破断する。【選択図】図1
