PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of creases on a tip fixing part of a flexible pipe outer cover formed on an outer periphery of a connecting pipe for connecting a bent pipe on the insertion part tip side to a flexible pipe on the operation part side.SOLUTION: A tip connection structure of an endoscope insertion part has a bent pipe on the insertion part tip side, a flexible pipe on the operation part side, and a connecting pipe for connecting the bent pipe and the flexible pipe. A tip fixing part of a flexible pipe outer cover formed on an outer periphery of the flexible pipe is fixed to an outer periphery of the connecting pipe.
