PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter allowing a tip deflection operation allowing deformation of a tip portion of the catheter into a smooth curve shape without a halfway fold by a pulling operation of an operating wire.SOLUTION: This catheter allowing the tip deflection operation includes: a catheter tube 10 having a tip flexible portion 15 a tip electrode 20 fixed to the tip of the catheter tube 10 operating wires 31, 32 extending inside the catheter tube 10 so as to bend the tip flexible portion 15 of the catheter tube 10, and having the back ends thereof capable of being performed with the pulling operation and operating tubes 41, 42 disposed inside the tip flexible portion along the axial direction of the catheter tube 10, and having spaces through which the respective operating wires 31, 32 are inserted movably in the axial direction.
