PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip bent forceps which does not have complicated structure and includes a tip holding part with high degrees of freedom.SOLUTION: A tip bent forceps include: a tip end operation part which has a small-diameter insertion part having a shaft 1 as a main shaft and a tip end 2 and inserted into the living body and a surgical treatment part including a gripping surface 3 capable of opening/closing operation at an end, enables the shaft to roll in both direction without limitation and is connected through a joint part enabling a tilt operation around a tilting support shaft which is set to the small-diameter insertion part to cross the shaft at right angles and an operation handle 8 which operates the opening/closing of the gripping surfaces of the tip end operation part, tilting operation of the tip end operation part and rolling of the shaft. The tip bent forceps has an operation handle arranged with: a tilt operation lever 12 for opening/closing operation of opening and closing a gripping surface of the tip end operation part and tilting the tip operation part through a tilt drive structure and a rotational operation member 11 having the shaft pivoted on the operation handle to rotate the tip end operation part and can rotate around the tip end operation part in the clockwise direction or the counter-clockwise direction without limitation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】構造を複雑化することなく、自由度の高い先端把持部を備えた先端屈曲鉗子を提供する。【解決手段】主軸であるシャフト1、先端2を有し、生体内に挿入される細径挿入部と、先端部に開閉動作が可能な把持面3を備える外科的処置部を有し、シャフトが両方向に無制限のローリングが可能で、細径挿入部に対してシャフトに直交し設けられる傾動支軸周りに傾動動作が可能な関節部を介して連結される先端動作部と、先端動作部の把持面開閉と、先端動作部の傾動と、シャフトのローリングと、を動作させる操作ハンドル8を備える先端屈曲鉗子であって、先端動作部の把持面を開閉させる開閉操作と、傾動駆動機構を介して先端動作部を傾動させる傾動操作レバー12と、シャフトを操作ハンドルに軸支され、先端動作部を回転させる回転操作部材11を配設した操作ハンドルを有し、先端動作部を時計方向、あるいは反時計方向に無制限に回転可能である、先端屈曲鉗子。【選択図】図1
