The present invention relates to a lyophilization device. In the lyophilization device, a housing having an opening and closing door and a suction pipe is prepared. A hot air blower is installed at an inner rear surface of the housing. A sample dryer containing samples is inserted and combined in the housing. A vacuum pump connected to the suction pipe is prepared at one side of the housing. A cold trap for connecting the vacuum pump and the sample dryer is installed at an upper surface of the housing. When the vacuum pump operates, air in the sample dryer is forcibly sucked into the vacuum pump such that the inside of the sample dryer is maintained in a vacuum state. The samples discharge moisture based on sublimation in the sample dryer heated by the hot air blower. The moisture discharged from the samples is collected in the cold trap, and the samples are dried in the sample dryer. According to the present invention, a different form of the sample dryer which is inserted and combined in the housing can be selected and used depending on types and amounts of samples to be dried. Heat is transferred to an entire external area of the sample dryer to uniformly transfer the heat to the samples in the sample dryer. The sublimation of the samples is increased and the moisture is discharged quickly as the transfer efficiency of the heat increases.
