The invention relates to a floating and submersible high-sea aquaculture installation. The objective of the present invention is to create a floating and submersible high-sea aquaculture installation that offers better stability, particularly in its submerged or semi-submerged state. According to the invention, this objective is achieved by a floating and submersible high-sea aquaculture installation (1) comprising a structure (2), fish-rearing cages (3) and at least two first adjustable-ballast floats (4) which are located in the bottom third of the structure (2). The installation (1) according to the invention is characterized in that it further comprises at least two second floats (7) which are located in the top third (8) of the structure and which are able to support at most 50% of the weight of the structure.L'invention concerne une installation d'aquaculture de haute mer flottante et submersible. Selon l'invention, ce but est atteint par une installation (1) d'aquaculture de haute mer flottante et submersible comprenant une structure (2), des (cages 3) d'élevage de poissons et au moins deux premiers flotteurs (4) à ballast réglables qui sont disposées dans le tiers bas de la structure (2). L'installation (1) selon l'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre au moins deux deuxièmes flotteurs (7), qui sont disposés dans le tiers haut (8) de la structure et qui sont aptes à supporter au maximum 50% du poids de la structure.
