The present invention relates to a food waste disposal apparatus for automatically discharging food waste by compressing (dewatering), cutting and drying the food waste and, specifically, to a food waste disposal apparatus having a deodorizing exhaust part with two stages including washing (condensing) and filtering with activated carbon, thereby enabling steam, which includes odor generated in a drying and discharging part, to be completely eliminated, and sterilizing and washing the inside of the apparatus with water or ozone water so as to be hygienically usable.
