FIELD: cosmetology medicine.SUBSTANCE: method includes injection of a preparation of hyaluronic acid using a cannula. Method includes selecting a safe access point for guide needle of cannula, for which by palpation localisation of zygomatic bone is determined and marking of maxillary arch is applied. Method then includes palpation of lower lateral angle of orbit and distance therefrom of 4 cm in parallel to lower bone orbital edge, lateral orbit, in marked zone of a maxillary arch is applied a marker of an safe access point for needle guide of cannula. Further, method includes marking areas with shortage of soft tissue volume in zygomatic and buccal areas and in direction of said zones are applied marking of assumed vectors passing through cannula, diverging in form of beams from safe access point. It is followed by injection of hyaluronic acid through selected safe access point of linearly retrograde equipment in direction of vectors passing through cannula, preparation volume of not more than 0.1-0.2 ml filler on one vector.EFFECT: method allows reducing risk of side effects and complications of volumetric zygomatic correction and buccal areas by determining safe access point for needle guide of cannula.1 cl, 1 ex, 6 dwgИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно к косметологии, дерматологии и пластической хирургии.
