The present invention relates to salmonella comprising a vector expressing a spectinomycin resistant gene and to a method for attenuating salmonella using the same. The salmonella strain according to the present invention is attenuated by being enlarged, having lower motility, and deleting genes related to toxicity due to errors of protein transcription by the spectinomucin. Therefore, the present invention can manufacture live vaccines by simply and economically attenuating the salmonella while minimizing side effects.본 발명은 스펙티노마이신 저항성 유전자를 발현하는 벡터를 포함하는 살모넬라 및 이를 이용한 살모넬라 약독화 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 살모넬라 균주는 스펙티노마이신에 의한 단백질 전사 이상 현상으로 거대화되고 운동성이 낮아지고 독성에 관여하는 유전자들이 결실되어 약독화된다. 따라서, 본 발명에 의하면 부작용을 최소화하면서 간편하고 경제적으로 살모넬라를 약독화하여 생백신을 제조할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
