An adhesive device secures patient IVs and urinary Foleys on a patients skin and releases alcohol via a tab element. In some embodiments the present invention comprises a flat dressing having and upper and a lower side, the lower side providing for a mixture of adhesive and disinfecting agent such as alcohol, the upper side having one or more catheter clips configured to receive and secure one or more IV, urinary Foley, or other such lines. The present invention may also provide for one or more tabs configured for use as a pulling site, wherein the tab may be peeled off, thereby exposing an alcohol membrane layer that may disinfect a portion of the patients skin. In some embodiments, the present invention may provide for either an adult or a childrens embodiment.
