The invention relates to the application of a combination of at least one inorganic polyphosphate (polyP) and/or a salt of said polyP and calcium [polyP (Ca2+ salt)] and bicarbonate/calcium-carbonate, optionally together with at least one carbonic anhydrase activatora carbonic anhydrase (CA) activator or a material comprising these combinations for the treatment of bone defects, such as, for example, for a prophylaxis and treatment of osteoporosis and other bone diseases. The combinations, e.g. of a CA activator and polyP or polyP (Ca2+ complex) can be used both as a drug or food supplement, and as a material to be injected into bone tissue.La présente invention concerne l'application d'une combinaison d'au moins un polyphosphate inorganique (polyP) et/ou un sel dudit polyP et de calcium [polyP (sel de Ca2+)] et de bicarbonate/calcium-carbonate, éventuellement conjointement avec au moins un activateur anhydrase carbonique (CA) ou une substance comprenant ces combinaisons pour le traitement de déficits osseux, tel que, par exemple, une prophylaxie et un traitement d'ostéoporose et d'autres maladies osseuses.
