PURPOSE: A functional fermentation material containing GABA of high concentration and seaweed oligosaccharides is provided to remove fishy smell of seaweeds and to ensure antibacterial and anti-hypertension efficacy. CONSTITUTION: A functional fermentation material containing natural GABA of high concentration, low molecular oligosaccharides, and seaweed mineral is prepared using yeast extract, seaweeds, or mixture thereof. The yeast extract is a liquid, powder, or combination type. A method for preparing the functional fermentation material comprises: a step of mixing prepared yeast extract with water and sterilizing to prepare a medium; a step of cooling the medium by 30-37°C; a step of inoculating Lactobacillus, yeast, or mixture thereof and fermenting; and a step of sterilizing the fermentation liquid and precisely filtering.
