PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an item effective to a new problem that has become a concern anew along with the lengthening of surgery time on an operating table under fluoroscopy in recent years, the problem being an occurrence of trouble such as bedsore on the operating table.SOLUTION: A new body pressure distribution sensor sheet 10 for operating table is realized in a form of flexible sheet as a whole, and by providing, in a sensing area 22 arranged in an x-ray observation region on a base plate 16 of an operating table 14, plural flexible front-side electrodes 36 and rear-side electrodes 38 each being an x-ray transmission type on both sides of a dielectric layer 30 having flexibility and elasticity, respectively, and thereby forming capacitance-type plural body pressure sensor parts 20 that transmit x-rays. With this configuration, the body pressure distribution sensor sheet can be used without impairing properties of the base plate 16 of the operating table 14 and the use thereof does not disturb radiography during operation, and accordingly, a body distribution can be measured at an optional timing so that an index for adjusting a posture of a patient 12 can be obtained as appropriate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】近年のＸ線透視撮影下での手術台上における施術の長時間化に伴って新たに懸念されるに至った、手術台上での褥瘡等の障害発生という新規な問題に対して有効なアイテムを提供する。【解決手段】手術台１４の台板１６上でのＸ線観察領域に配置されるセンシングエリア２２において、可撓性で弾性を有する誘電体層３０の両側にそれぞれＸ線透過型で可撓性のある複数の表側電極３６および裏側電極３８を設けて、Ｘ線を透過する静電容量型の体圧センサ部２０を複数構成することにより、手術台１４の台板１６の特性を損なうことなく使用可能で、且つ手術中のＸ線撮影にも支障を及ぼすことなく、任意の時期に体圧分布を測定して適宜に患者１２の体位調整の指標とすることもできる、新規な手術台用の体圧分布センサシート１０を、全体として柔軟なシート状をもって実現した。【選択図】図１
