PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook-like high frequency knife for a flexible endoscope in which a hook-like electrode can be formed in the optimal firmness of the member different from an electroconductive operating wire, the length of the distal end part is not long, the hook-like electrode can be formed into a simple and easily machinable shape, and excellent incision capability can be secured by sufficiently securing the length of the distal end folded and bent.SOLUTION: The part 2a other than the distal end part 2b of the hook-like electrode 2 is formed into a straight shaft shape parallel to the axis line of the distal end part of the flexible sheath 1, the electrode fixing hole 5 to which the proximal end part of the hook-like electrode 2 is fitted and secured and the wire fixing hole 6 to which the distal end part of the electroconductive operating wire 3 is fitted and secured are formed side-by-side in the connecting member 4 connecting the hook-like electrode 2 and the electroconductive operating wire 3, and the electrode fixing hole 5 is formed at the position decentered from the axial line position of the distal end part of the flexible sheath 1.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】フック状電極を導電性操作ワイヤとは別部材で最適の腰の強さに形成することができてしかも先端硬質部長が長くならず、さらに、フック状電極を単純で加工性のよい形状に形成することができ、しかも先端折れ曲がり部の長さを十分に確保して優れた切開能を確保することができる可撓性内視鏡用フック状高周波ナイフを提供すること。【解決手段】フック状電極2の先端部分2b以外の部分2aが、可撓性シース1の先端部分の軸線と平行な真っ直ぐな軸状に形成され、フック状電極2と導電性操作ワイヤ3を連結する連結部材4には、フック状電極2の基端部分が差し込み固着された電極固定孔5と、導電性操作ワイヤ3の先端部分が差し込み固着されたワイヤ固定孔6とが並列に並んで形成され、電極固定孔5は可撓性シース1の先端部分の軸線位置から偏心した位置に形成されている。【選択図】 図1
