PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook-like high-frequency knife for a flexible endoscope which allows fixing of a hook-like electrode to the distal end of a flexible sheath with a stable attitude by certainly performing projection restriction and rotation restriction of the hook-like electrode in the distal end of the flexible sheath by operation from the at-hand side, and allows improvement of passage capability to a treatment tool insertion passage of the distal endoscope by shortening an end hard part length.SOLUTION: An operation motion transmission member 3, 3 is formed of a coil pipe including rotation followability, a rear end portion of a shaft portion 2a of the hook-like electrode 2 is inserted into the distal end part thereof and is firmly fixed, and the distal end face of the coil pipe forming the operation motion transmission member 3, 3 abuts on the rear face of a stopper member 5, so that a maximum projection length of the hook-like electrode 2 projecting from the distal end of the flexible sheath 1 is restricted, and rotation of the hook-like electrode 2 in a direction around the axis to the flexible sheath 1 is restricted.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】手元側からの操作により可撓性シースの先端におけるフック状電極の突出規制と回転規制を確実に行って、フック状電極を可撓性シースの先端に安定した姿勢で固定することができ、しかも、先端硬質部長を短くして内視鏡の処置具挿通路に対する通過能を向上させることができる可撓性内視鏡用フック状高周波ナイフを提供すること。【解決手段】操作動作伝達部材3,3′が回転追従性を備えたコイルパイプにより形成されて、その先端部分にフック状電極2の軸部2aの後端部分が差し込み固着され、操作動作伝達部材3,3′を形成するコイルパイプの先端面がストッパ部材5の後面に当接することにより、可撓性シース1の先端から突出するフック状電極2の最大突出長が規制されると共に、可撓性シース1に対するフック状電極2の軸線周り方向の回転が規制される。【選択図】 図1
