The present invention relates to a neurodegenerative disease treatment use, which is a novel use of Ramalin, and, more specifically, to a composition for preventing or treating neurodegenerative diseases, containing Ramalin, which has an inflammasome and BACE1 expression inhibitory activity. Ramalin according to the present invention has an effect of improving a cognitive ability by inhibiting the expression of an inflammatory factor, which contains an NLRP inflammasome protein, and BACE1, and is thus useful for preventing or treating memory disorder and neurodegenerative diseases.La présente invention concerne une utilisation du traitement des maladies neurodégénératives, qui est une nouvelle utilisation de la ramaline, et, plus spécifiquement, une composition destinée à prévenir ou à traiter les maladies neurodégénératives, contenant de la ramaline, qui a une activité inhibitrice sur l'expression d'un inflammasome et de BACE1. La ramaline selon l'invention a un effet d'amélioration d'une capacité cognitive par inhibition de l'expression d'un facteur inflammatoire, qui contient une protéine d'inflammasome de la famille des NLRP, et de BACE1, et est donc utile pour prévenir ou traiter un trouble de la mémoire et les maladies neurodégénératives.본 발명은 라말린의 새로운 용도인 퇴행성 뇌질환 치료용도에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 인플라마솜(inflammasome) 및 BACE1의 발현 억제 활성을 갖는 라말린을 함유하는 퇴행성 뇌질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 라말린은 NLRP 인플라마솜(inflammasome) 단백질을 포함하는 염증인자 및 BACE1의 발현을 억제를 통하여 인지능력을 향상시키는 효과가 있어, 기억장애 및 퇴행성 뇌질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하다.
