The present invention provides a fog dispersal device comprising: a plurality of fog dispersal means installed in a region, which is frequented by fog, at a predetermined interval such that, when fog occurs, fog particles precipitate and evaporate through mingling with dry air and anion condensation nuclei, thereby dispersing fog; support members for supporting the fog dispersal means such that the same are installed at predetermined heights in corresponding positions without interfering with the traffic of vehicles; display means comprising LED lighting elements, which are installed at predetermined distances from the support members so as to emit light; monitoring means for taking images of the display means, which are installed at predetermined distances from the support members, through cameras installed on the support members; a regulating/controlling means for analyzing images of the display means taken by the monitoring means, determining whether fog has occurred or not on the basis of the resolution o
