The rotatable shaft can comprise a first thread, wherein the first drive is engageable with the first thread to perform the first end effector function, and a second thread, wherein the second drive is engageable with the second thread to perform the second end effector function, and wherein the first thread is at least partially co-extensive with or overlaps the second thread.
