PURPOSE: A soluble extract of Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus shell powder with blood glucose reducing ability is provided to be used in pharmaceutical and food compositions. CONSTITUTION: A composition with a blood glucose reducing ability contains soluble extract of Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus shell powder as an active ingredient.
