Disclosed is a myotome testing device comprising a test frame, a movable range measuring unit, and a resistance pressure measuring unit. The test frame allows a patient to take a certain posture and a motion for a myotome test and includes: a bed unit on which the patient to lie down or sit； a shoulder test guide unit which is installed in the bed unit and guides up and down motions of a patient shoulder； a wrist test guide unit which is installed in the bed unit and guides up and down refraction and left and right rotation motions of a patient wrist； and an ankle test guide unit which is installed in the bed unit and guides up and down refraction motions of a patient ankle. The movable range measuring unit is installed in the test frame and measures a movable range of a body joint depending on the motions of the patient in the myotome test. The resistance pressure measuring unit is installed in the test frame and measures muscle activity generated in static resistance of the shoulder test guide unit, the wrist test guide unit, and the ankle test guide unit by a resistance pressure unit.
