The present invention provides a self shoulder mobilization unit. The unit stabilizes theshoulder joint, thorax and pelvis and provide active mobility of shoulder and grade 4movements with mobilization in peri-arthiritis shoulder1 frozen shoulder. and otherrestrictive disorder in shoulder mobility. The unit is made up of a standing frame,declined foot support, dome shape roof (channels for movement of shoulder inflexion/adduction /abduction /extension, rotatory handle, elbow and wrist restrictor,thoracic and pelvic, moment restrictors and thoracic wedge.
