PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generator capable of changing a particle size of generated mist and discharging mist according to the setting, and an air conditioning machine for a bath room with a fine mist generating function equipped with the mist generator.SOLUTION: A mist generator 4 includes: a water receiving part 38 for receiving water supplied from a water supply part 48 a rotor 34 for scattering water on the water receiving part 38 to the periphery of a water scattering part 51 by rotation and a collision part arranged in the periphery of the rotor 34. The water supply part 48 is configured so as to change an amount of water supply. The rotor 34 is configured so as to change the number of rotation.
