PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine preparation device which prevents only medical liquid filled in a prefilled syringe from being administered and facilitates preparation for medicine administration.SOLUTION: A medicine preparation device includes: an outer cylinder 20 for syringe having a nozzle part 22 which can be connected to a female connecting part having a female luer taper conforming to ISO standards at the tip an adapter 4 which is detachably attached to the tip of the outer cylinder 20 and impedes other medical devices from being connected to the nozzle part and a medicine container 30 having a cylindrical tip part 35. The outer cylinder 20 to which the adapter 4 is attached can be connected to the cylindrical tip part 35 of the medicine container 30 using a medicine container connecting part 42 of the adapter, and after connection, the medicine container 30 along with the adapter 4 can be detached from the outer cylinder 20, and the nozzle part 22 which can be connected to the female connecting part is exposed by the detachment of the adapter 4.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】プレフィルドシリンジ内に充填された医療用液体のみが投与されることを防止し、かつ、薬剤投与準備も容易である薬剤調製用具を提供する。【解決手段】薬剤調製用具は、ISO規格に適合したメスルアーテーパーを有するメス型接続部に接続可能なノズル部22を先端部に有するシリンジ用外筒20と、外筒20の先端部に着脱可能に装着され、かつ、ノズル部への他の医療用具の接続を阻害するアダプタ4と、筒先部35を有する薬剤容器30とを有する。アダプタ4が装着された外筒20は、薬剤容器30の筒先部35に、アダプタの薬剤容器接続部42を用いて接続可能であり、かつ、接続後、アダプタ4とともに薬剤容器30を外筒20より離脱可能であり、アダプタ4の離脱により、メス型接続部に接続可能なノズル部22が露出する。【選択図】図16
