PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine preparation device which prevents only medical liquid filled in a prefilled syringe from being administered and facilitates preparation for medicine administration.SOLUTION: A medicine preparation device 1 includes: an outer cylinder 20 having a tip opening part 22 which cannot be connected to a female connecting part conforming to the ISO standards for other medical devices a medicine container 30 having a cylindrical tip part 35 and an adapter 4 detachably attached to the cylindrical tip part 35 of the medicine container 30. The adapter includes: an outer cylinder connecting part 43 which can be connected to the tip opening part of the outer cylinder and a nozzle part 41 which can communicate with the inside of the medicine container 30 and which can be connected to the female connecting part conforming to the ISO standards. The medicine container can be connected to the tip opening part of the outer cylinder using the outer cylinder connecting part of the adapter, and after the connection, the nozzle part 41 conforming to the ISO standards for the adapter 4 connected to the outer cylinder 20 is exposed by detaching the medicine container from the adapter.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】プレフィルドシリンジ内に充填された医療用液体のみが投与されることを防止し、かつ、薬剤投与準備も容易である薬剤調製用具を提供する。【解決手段】薬剤調製用具1は、他の医療用具のISO規格適合メス雌接続部との接続が不能である先端開口部22を有する外筒20と、筒先部35を有する薬剤容器30と、薬剤容器30の筒先部35に着脱可能に装着されたアダプタ4とを有する。アダプタは、外筒の先端開口部に接続可能な外筒接続部43と、薬剤容器30内と連通し、ISO規格適合メス雌接続部との接続が可能なノズル部41を有する。薬剤容器を外筒の先端開口部に、アダプタの外筒接続部を用いて接続可能であり、接続後、アダプタより薬剤容器を離脱することにより、外筒20に接続されたアダプタ4のISO規格に適合したノズル部41が露出する。【選択図】図11
