PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture holder worn and used by a worker, which is configured to reduce loads on upper arms of the worker.SOLUTION: The posture holder includes: right/left arm sections 5 and 6 to be attached to the right/left upper arm parts of a worker so as to freely and vertically swing about left/right shaft cores and horizontally move with respect to frame sections 2 and 4 to be attached to the back part of the worker and resistance mechanisms for imposing resistance on laterally outward movement of the right/left arm sections 5 and 6.
