SOLUTION: In a state where a work device is positioned in a set posture, right and left wires 47 and 48 are extended from a rotating body 39 to the right and left sides in parallel with the work device in a front view. The distances W1 and W2 in the left-right direction between the extending ends 47a and 48a of the left wires 47 and 48 and the right and left connecting portions 25a and 25b are the natural lengths of the right and left springs 33 and 34. It is set to be shorter than L1 and L2. The right and left springs 33 and 34 are connected to the right and left connecting portions 25a and 25b and the extending ends 47a and 48a of the right and left wires 47 and 48.
