To provide an assist suit that achieves both posture correction and an assist effect of forward bending motion and provides a good feeling of wearing and less resistance to the daily motion of a wearer.SOLUTION: An assist suit according to the present invention includes a back installation part to be installed to the back of a wearer. The back installation part comprises right and left shoulder belts and right and left waist belts, which are to be fixed to the back of the wearer, and a spine member consisting of a member that adheres to the back installation part from the back to the buttocks of the wearer, curves along the back of the wearer, and has elasticity in the bending direction. The right and left shoulder belts are connected to the back installation part such that respective connection angles can be changed independently. The spine member includes right and left holding members that slidably hold the right and left waist belts and are rotationally interlocked with each other. Each of the right and left holding members holds each of the right and left waist belts connected to each of the right and left shoulder belts.
