PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical formulation comprising a GLP-1 compound, use thereof, and a method for preparing the formulation.SOLUTION: An aqueous solution or a suspension of a high-concentration modified GLP-1 or an analog thereof which is maintained in the pH range of about 7 to about 10 is prepared by formulating a certain specific modified GLP-1 or an analog thereof with a buffer in an aqueous solution. This formulation is physically stable within a given shelf life period at the recommended storage temperature (typically 2-3 years at 2-8°C) and furthermore is physically stable during general in-use (typically 1 month at accelerated temperatures, for example, 25°C or 37°C). The formulation is also chemically stable thus rendering it shelf-stable and suitable for invasive (for example, injection, subcutaneous injection, intramuscular, intravenous or infusion) as well as non-invasive (for example, nasal or pulmonary, transdermal or transmucosal, for example, buccal) means of administration.【課題】ＧＬＰ－１化合物を含む薬学的処方剤、それらの使用および上記処方剤を調製する方法の提供。【解決手段】ある特定の修飾ＧＬＰ－１またはその類縁体を、緩衝液と一緒に水溶液中で配合し、約７～約１０のｐＨ範囲で保持された高濃度の修飾ＧＬＰ－１またはその類縁体の水溶液または懸濁液。【効果】本処方剤は、推奨保管温度で所定の貯蔵寿命期間（通常２～８℃で２～３年）内で、さらに、一般の使用期間（通常、加速温度、例えば２５℃または３７℃で１ヶ月）は物理的に安定である。また、処方剤は化学的にも安定であり、それらを貯蔵安定性で且つ侵襲性（例えば、注射、皮下注射、筋内、静脈内または注入）ならびに非侵襲性（例えば、鼻内または肺内、経皮または経粘膜、例えば頬）の投与手段に適切なものにしている。【選択図】なし
