PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and readily prepare and provide a water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic preparation or external preparation for skin holding an α gel structure in an aqueous phase which is conventionally difficult to prepare because the α gel structure in an aqueous phase is instable mechanically and chemically.SOLUTION: We found out that by containing, in an aqueous phase as an essential ingredient, (a) straight chain monoalkyl phosphate ester, (b) one or more neutralizer selected from a basic amino acid, an organic base, and an inorganic base, and (c) water, an α gel structure is constructed in the aqueous phase, and further when the aqueous phase is emulsified and dispersed into an oil, a water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic preparation or external preparation for skin holding the α gel structure in the aqueous phase can be prepared stably and readily without being affected by types of oily components or emulsifying agents.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】水相中のαゲル構造が機械的および化学的に不安定であるために、従来、調製が困難であった水相中にαゲル構造を持った油中水型乳化化粧料又は皮膚外用剤を、安定かつ容易に調製し、これを提供することを課題とした。【解決手段】水相中に(a)直鎖型モノアルキルリン酸エステル、(b)塩基性アミノ酸、有機塩基、無機塩基から選ばれる1種または2種以上の中和剤、(c)水を必須成分として含有することにより、水相中にαゲル構造を構築し、さらにその水相を油中に乳化、分散させた際に、油性成分や乳化剤の種類に影響を受けることなく、水相中にαゲル構造を保持した油中水型乳化化粧料又は皮膚外用剤を安定かつ容易に調製できることを見出し、上記課題を解決するに至った。【選択図】なし
