PURPOSE: An interpenetrating polymer network hydrogel and a preparation method thereof are provided to improve bio-compatibility and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: An interpenetrating polymer network hydrogel comprises: a bio-affinity polymer； and a compound having acrylate or methacrylate functional group. The manufacturing method of the interpenetrating polymer network hydrogel includes: a step of arranging self-assembly particles； a step of putting a bio-affinity polymer precursor and polymerizing； and a step of putting a compound having acrylate or methacrylate functional group, an initiator, and a cross-linking agent and polymerizing.본 발명은 생체친화성 고분자 및 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 작용기를 갖는 화합물 기반의 IPN(interpenetrating polymer network: 상호침투 중합체 네트워크) 하이드로젤에 관한 것으로서 본 발명의 IPN 하이드로젤은 기계적 강도가 높으면서도 생체적합성이 우수하고, 높은 수분함량, 우수한 용액 투과성을 가진 지지체를 제공한다.
