PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a control technique for a soil nematode, which is easily used and of which the adverse influence on organisms in the environment is excluded, by uniformly diffusing a nearly water-insoluble and highly soil-adsorptive 16-membered ring macrolide-based compound influencing various organisms including the nematode even with low concentration, inside a treatment region.SOLUTION: A soil nematode which is parasitic on a crop plant is controlled while leakage of an agent to the outside of a treatment region is prevented, by sprinkling the emulsion of a 16-membered ring macrolide-based compound using a water-soluble solvent on a soil surface and subsequently mixing the emulsion and the soil, or by mixing a granule including the emulsion attached to a mineral carrier with the soil.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 線虫を含む各種生物に低濃度で影響を与え、一方水に殆ど溶解せず、土壌吸着性が高い16員環マクロライド系化合物を処理域内に均一拡散させ、使用が簡単で環境生物に対する影響を排除した土壌線虫防除技術を確立する。【解決手段】 水溶性溶剤を使用した16員環マクロライド系化合物の乳剤を土壌表面に散布後混和する、もしくは同乳剤を鉱物担体に付着させた粒剤を土壌に混和することによって薬剤の処理領域外への漏洩を防止しながら作物に寄生する土壌線虫を防除する。
